Kelly Hayes

Administrative Coordinator

In her role as Administrative Coordinator at Camp Manitou, Kelly manages group rental bookings, camper registrations, and customer service across email, phone, and in-person interactions. She joined True North in January 2025 and plays a key role in supporting a smooth, user-friendly registration experience for campers and the youth organizations that visit Camp Manitou.

Kelly is passionate about providing excellent customer service and helping create welcoming camp experiences for all visitors. Originally from Niagara Falls, Ontario, she holds a Bachelor of Recreation and Leisure from Brock University. With several years of camp administrative experience, Kelly keeps the office running smoothly through her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and friendly demeanor.
